ABOUT ME

I came to yoga in 2007 and have been practicing and exploring with dedication ever since. In 2013 I had the fortune to spend a long period of time in India and be trained as a teacher by Indra and A.G. Mohan in Chennai.

In the last 5 years my interest and studies have focused on meditation and contemplative practices in the Trika tradition, under the bright and loving guide of Sally Kempton.

The interest for the subtle, the vibration and the love of nature has brought me to study Bach flower remedies and train as practitioner through the Bach center.

Since 2014 I have been sharing the teachings of asana and meditation with a group of students in Milan.
